When you're going through the official Spartan Race training program, you might come across some terms or acronyms that are unfamiliar. Don't worry. We'd never leave you hanging.

- EMOM: Every Minute On the Minute
- AMRAP: As Many Rounds or Reps as Possible
- RPE: Rate of Exertion
- RDL: Romanian Dead Lift
- Effort: RPE
- E2MOM: Every 2 Minutes on the Minute
- GTS: Ground to Shoulder
- DBell: Dumbbell
- DBall: Dead Ball
- O/H: Overhead
